Parsemly is a service for creating and publishing social media marketing content for businesses, operated by א.ב. ייעוץ ואוטומציות (Israeli Registered Dealer / עוסק מורשה 040201626) ("we", "the Operator"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who it is shared with, and your rights.
Privacy inquiries: parsemly@parsemly.com
Registration details: name, email address, phone number, and selected plan — provided by you in the registration form.
Business details: information you provide during onboarding and ongoing use — business name, field of activity, target audience, communication style, marketing goals, and website address (if provided).
Telegram content and correspondence: messages you send to the bot — text, images, files, and voice messages — and messages the system sends to you, including your Telegram chat identifier. These materials are used to create content for you and to learn your writing style.
Uploaded media: images and files you send are stored by us and by our media-hosting provider for inclusion in content and publications.
Social account connection: when you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we receive and store access tokens and page identifiers. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to publish and manage content on your behalf, according to the permissions you granted.
Publication records: a record of content created and published on your behalf, including publication status.
Operational logs: activity and usage-cost logs, for security, operations, and billing purposes.
What we do not collect: the site does not collect or store payment card details. If online billing is introduced in the future, payment will be processed by an external payment provider and card details will not be stored on Parsemly's servers. The site does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics tools.
We do not sell your information and do not transfer it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
To operate the service we use the following providers, which process information solely on our behalf:

These providers are bound by their contractual commitments and their own privacy policies. Some providers process data on servers outside Israel; use of the service constitutes consent to this transfer.
Access tokens and data received from Meta are used solely to provide the service you authorized — publishing and managing content on your pages and accounts. We make no other use of them. Disconnecting the account or deleting the user results in immediate deletion of the tokens.
We apply accepted security measures: encryption of access tokens in the database, encrypted transport (TLS/HTTPS), access control, and action logging. However, no system is entirely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information collected about you and request its correction or deletion. The full deletion procedure is detailed on the Data Deletion page. For any request: parsemly@parsemly.com.
The service is intended for business use only, by persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. Material changes will be brought to your attention by reasonable means.
